No Bake Nutella Cheesecake Dessert

Sue here again.
Two posts in a row. I'm on a roll. I just had to share this super easy dessert with you. I made it for my daughter's birthday. She is a Nutella freak so I knew I had to include it in her birthday treat.
I decided to go with a no bake dessert as it crazy hot and turning on the oven only happens when it is absolutely necessary.
I just kind of threw things together as I went along after I looked up some ideas online and it turned out great. Kenzie loved it!
It only takes about 5 minutes to make and then let chill and you are good to go.

No Bake Nutella Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients
1 8oz brick cream cheese, softened
1 cup Nutella
2 cups whipping cream (whipped until stiff peaks form)
24 large chocolate wafer cookies
slivered almonds
toasted coconut chips

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
Beat the Nutella into the cream cheese until well combined.
Scrape half of the whipped cream into the nutella mixture.

Beat briefly - just enough to combine the ingredients. DO NOT over mix.

Assemble your dessert - Place a chocolate wafer cookie into the bottom of an individual serving dish.

Top with a scoop of cheesecake mixture then top with another wafer cookie.

Top with more of the cheesecake mixture and then top with remaining whipped cream.

Now top with the slivered almonds and coconut.

Chill until ready to serve - at least 4 hours. You want the cookies to be able to soften.

A few notes about this:
1. I made this in 12 individual serving dishes but you could make this in a 9 X 9 pan instead.
2. I didn't sweeten the whipping cream when I whipped it but you could add a little sugar to it if you prefer yours sweeter.
3. You could also top with chopped hazelnuts and leave off the coconut instead of almonds to stick with the Nutella theme more.
So quick, so easy, and it makes the perfect treat for Nutella lovers.
